How do I register my arrival?
Ordinarily, the signage on site will detail the rules for that location. Alternatively, you can click on the link on the mooring page to find out the permitted length of stay and how to register/pay.
Can I book in advance?
You can make a booking in advance but we cannot guarantee your space. Although there is likely to be plenty of space, we would recommend booking when you arrive.
Are your prices inclusive of VAT?
Yes they are. VAT receipts are available on request.
How do I obtain a receipt?
Our payment provider can offer you the option to receive a receipt via email or via text message. Charges may apply depending on the site.
What do I do if I have a problem?
The signs on site generally have contact details for either the land owner or the managing agent. However, if you can't get through you can contact one of our team for assistance.
Is your website secure?
We take your security and the security of your personal details very serious. That is why we use HTTPS across our entire website. This encrypts the content that flows between your browser and our servers, helping to protect your data.
